Important for Click-to-Call:
After saving, go to Bitrix24 → CRM → Add-ons → Telephony → Configure telephony → Telephony settings → set "Default number for outgoing calls" to "Application: ZIWOCONNECT". Without this, clicking phone numbers in CRM won't route through ZIWOCONNECT.
